The Slivnica church was built in the middle of the 11th century. This is evidenced by an externally built-in stone slab with knitted ornaments, which is typical of the pre-Romanesque period. The late Romanesque church is adorned with the main altar from the middle of the 18th century, which is the work of Jožef Straub.
